Robert is originally from the UK and moved to New York in 1998. He was Senior Vice -President of the Information Technology division at Concepts in Staffing (CIS) for 8 years. In 2009 he set up the Preston Harris Group, hiring and training a team of recruiters with the methods he learned at CIS. Robert has built up a broad network spanning the IT, Finance and Healthcare sectors, helping leading companies to source candidates.

Ben is British but left the United Kingdom 15 years ago in search of new challenges. He held senior management positions so was responsible for hiring new employees. This experience has helped him to fully understand the full recruitment process from both the hiring and application stand points. Today, as Managing Partner he leads a team of recruiters and is focused on helping candidates fulfil their potential and improve their lives.
